Andrew Keatley studied English and Drama at Royal Holloway, University of London before training as an actor at Webber Douglas.
His first play COLOURINGS was produced at the Old Red Lion, Islington, for which he was chosen as one of Time Out’s 'Tips For The Top' in their annual culture review.
Andrew’s second full-length play THE GATHERED LEAVES premiered at Park Theatre, London in July 2015 in a co-production with Dead Letter Perfect.
Other work includes GO TO YOUR GOD LIKE A SOLDIER (Old Vic Tunnels and Underbelly, Edinburgh), CARE (Strawberry Vale Productions at The Bush), WHY DON’T WE MULTIPLY and WEAPON OF CHOICE (PLAYlist at Theatre503). His first feature film, FOR GRACE, was part of Raindance Film Festival in 2016.
Andrew's play ALLIGATORS, which was originally written on attachment at the Royal Court Theatre, premiered at the Hampstead Theatre Downstairs in 2016 directed by Simon Evans. Following a hugely successful run, the production was brought back to the Downstairs studio in Summer 2017,
Andrew is currently working on an original TV series with Jean Doumanian Productions/Fremantle and is under commission with Chichester Festival Theatre.
